2 shot after group confrontation on Grow Ln in northwest Houston; shooters still at large

Two people were hurt when shots were fired into a group during a confrontation on Grow Lane in northwest Houston around 9 p.m. Thursday, according to Houston police. Officers from HPD's Northwest Division found a man shot in the ankle and a woman shot in the upper left arm. Both were taken to hospitals in stable condition. Police said the suspects came to the location with a group of people to confront another group. The argument escalated, and the suspects fired into the crowd. Officers got a description of the suspects' vehicle and broadcast it to nearby units, but no arrests have been announced. Police have not said what started the dispute.
