St. Emanuel and Clay closures continue east of downtown

TxDOT storm-sewer work for the I-45 project has St. Emanuel closed from Clay to north of Bell, and Clay closed between Chartres and Hutchins. Closures run into early October — expect delays and follow posted detours. (Source: KPRC / TxDOT)
