Fatal shooting near the Heights on Cottage Street

HPD is investigating after a pedestrian fatally shot a man inside a car on the 700 block of Cottage Street Thursday afternoon. Witnesses reported an altercation before shots were fired; the suspect ran west toward N Main. No arrest announced at last report. (Source: KPRC)
