A woman was hurt Saturday afternoon when she was shot with what police believe was a pellet or BB gun while getting off a METRO Route 47 bus near Hillcroft Avenue and Dashwood Drive in southwest Houston. It happened just before 5 p.m., and she was taken to a hospital with a leg injury that is not considered life-threatening. METRO said two males, possibly juveniles, fired the gun and then got off the bus; police described them as Black males dressed in all black, one with dreadlocks and one with short hair.
