Body recovered from Little Whiteoak Bayou near Searle and Trimble in Near Northside

Houston police recovered a body from Little Whiteoak Bayou in the Near Northside on Monday afternoon. Officers were called to the 3800 block of Searle Drive near Trimble Street around 2:30 p.m. Officials said there were no obvious signs of trauma on the body; the Harris County medical examiner will determine the victim’s identity and cause of death.
