Pedestrian Killed Crossing I-45

A woman was killed in what appeared to be an attempt to cross I-45 Sunday night. Very sad. I have seen multiple times, people crossing and running across, during the day too. A group of us had to slam on our brakes 2 or so weeks ago on the way to work in the morning.
