72-year-old with walker killed at Fannin and OST near TMC

HPD says a 72-year-old woman using a walker was struck and killed in the crosswalk on Fannin Street at Old Spanish Trail near the Texas Medical Center around 4:40–5 a.m. Friday. A white Nissan Altima westbound on OST had a green light; the driver stayed on scene, showed no signs of intoxication, and was released. The case will go to a Harris County grand jury.
