Man critically shot in drive-by at North Point Drive apartments

HPD responded about 9:20 p.m. Sunday to 220 North Point Drive in Greenspoint after a man was shot multiple times in the torso in what he described as a drive-by. He was taken to a hospital in critical condition. Officers followed blood trails to an apartment with shell casings and narcotics; witnesses saw a woman and two men flee in a vehicle.
