SUV hits EMS ambulance at T.C. Jester and Highway 249; 3 hurt

Harris County Constable Precinct 1 says an SUV ran a red light and struck an EMS ambulance with no patient onboard at T.C. Jester and Highway 249 near the Mt Royal Village area.
