Man fatally shot on Harrisburg Blvd after confronting suspect at residence; man detained

A man died after being shot in the head Saturday night around 9:30 p.m. in the 5300 block of Harrisburg Boulevard on Houston's east side, police said. According to police, the victim asked another man why he was at the residence, since he did not live there, and the argument turned physical before a gunshot rang out. Officers found the victim wounded, and he was pronounced dead at a hospital. While officers were still interviewing witnesses, a second shooting call came in about a mile east, where they found a man shot in the foot who matched the suspect's description.
